Yacht Yet?, LLC was formed to build and own a 65' houseboat located at Antelope
Point Marina in Page, Arizona.

Imagine arriving
at Antelope Point Marina where you are promptly greeted by golf cart service
for your convenience in loading and off-loading, 24 hours per day. Yacht Yet is
slipped with full hook-ups and wi-fi internet access.
Enjoy the ease of a full service marina and amenities; from maid service, pump and
clean-out, to piloting and valet service for personal watercraft. Major nearby grocery
shopping also offers internet ordering and delivery.
Houseboat Information
Destination Yachts manufactures custom houseboats on marine alloy aluminum pontoon hulls.
The boat is powered by two 115 horsepower Honda four stroke outboard motors
fed by two 55 gallon fuel tanks. Electrical power is supplied by a Westerbeke
marine generator set along with solar panels and a 2500 watt inverter with batteries.
The houseboat features a two ton central heating and air conditioning system, central
wet/dry vacuum system, 100 gallon toy tank,
solid hardwood cabinets and trim, four
bedrooms, two full bathrooms
with glass shower enclosures,
solid counter tops, residential refrigerator, Frost-Tech freezer, trash compactor,
42 inch plasma screen display with surround sound, rope lighting inside and out
and several other custom upgraded "yacht like" amenities.
Ownership Information
The boating season at Lake Powell runs from mid April until November each year.
This provides each owner with 28 days of use during each season divided into four
rotating reservations each year (two during peak season and two during the
shoulder season). Additional off season usage can be scheduled upon request.
